Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 28 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 28 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange.We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
